康复医学作为现代医学的新兴学科发展迅速,临床医学专业的学生极有必要掌握和了解该领域的基本知识和理论基础,更好地为病人提供综合的医疗服务,促进健康。真正建立起预防-医疗-康复的综合医疗模式。通过本课程教学使学生掌握康复与康复医学的概念和基本理论,熟悉常见疾病的康复医疗原则、常用康复治疗技术和措施,以及现代医学的团队工作方式,重点培养多专业学科的协作精神。

康复医学是现代医学的组成部分之一,是研究疾病与功能、残疾及健康之间关系的学科。它以预防、评定和处理(包括治疗、功能训练等)疾病及功能障碍,促进功能恢复,提高生存质量为主要工作内容。通过不同医学专业的医务人员(医生、护士、物理治疗师、作业治疗师、言语治疗师、假肢矫形器工程师、心理治疗师和社会工作者等)以团队工作方式,采取综合康复医疗的手段治疗患者疾病及伴随的各种功能障碍,促进患者向社会和家庭的转归。本课程涉及康复医学的概念、基础理论、功能和残疾定义、临床常用康复诊疗的技术及常见疾病康复治疗原则和技术等。

Rehabilitation medicine is a new subject of modern medicine and is developing rapidly, so the students majoring in clinical medicine is very necessary to grasp and understand the basic knowledge and the theoretical foundation of the field in order to provide more comprehensive medical service for the patients and promote health. Then establish a real comprehensive medical model named “Preventive - Medical - Rehabilitation”. The teaching of this course is to enable students to master the basic theory and the concept of rehabilitation medicine and rehabilitation, to be familiar with the medical rehabilitation principle of common diseases and common rehabilitation techniques and measures, and modern medical team work,  focuses on the training of multidisciplinary teamwork.

Rehabilitation medicine is one component of modern medicine, and it is a subject that studies the relationship between disease and function, disability and health. It is based on prevention, evaluation and treatment (including treatment, functional training, etc.) of disease and dysfunction, promoting  functional recovery, improving the quality of  life as the main work. Different medical personnel (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, prosthetic and orthopedic engineers, psychologists and social workers, etc.) work together to treat patients with disease and all sorts of dysfunction through comprehensive rehabilitation therapy means. and promote patients back to society and family. This course involves the concepts of rehabilitation medicine, basic theory, the definitions of function and disability, the common clinical rehabilitation techniques and the  rehabilitation principles and techniques for common diseases, and so on.
